Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

Advance Payment

In order to process the booking, we would need 25% of the total amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway. For Flight booking we need full payment of flights.

Booking Confirmation Amount

After getting the availability from the hotel / Transport etc you will be informed via email / Phone, Then you need to make the 25% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-2 days through Net banking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Bank.

If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give full refund to customer with the applicable interest of bank.

Full Balance Payment

Remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.

Invoice and Vouchers

Delivery of your total Bill Receipt and Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 3-10 days before the actual Travel.

Refund Policy

Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differs for each product or service. When you make a booking, kindly view terms & conditions of each product or service, which reflects the cancellation, refund with booking terms & conditions. Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.

There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase. Visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and the fee is non-refundable as per the strict guidelines of the Embassy.

Normally once you cancel your booking from any other agency they charge so many hidden charges from customers. But Fly Funggy travels we only charge a flat rate of $ 100 only per person along with the actual charges charged by Particular airline, Hotel or any other service provider. For air ticket, it may take between 30-45 working days and for the hotels it may take between 10-15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policies may vary for every product and service.

Payment policy will not be changed due to any unavoidable circumstance like, (Delay in Visa, · Passport issuance or any other).Payment policy will remain same in every circumstance. Payment · policy should be adhered otherwise booking will be canceled with no refund.

Any booking related with flight tickets will be booked on real time price basis. WE WILL will not hold any Air ticket on confirmed basis without final payment of air tickets share. As airfares are extremely dynamic in nature, any difference in cost, arises during acknowledgement and issuance of ticket, will be taken care by Client.

Any amendment in issued flight tickets, like – Change in Dates, Names, timing, airline or any other information will attract amendment charges as per Airline’s amendment Policies.

Flight ticket cancellation / Refund is strictly in accordance with Airline’s cancellation/Refund policies.

We will not be responsible for any Loss of Baggage / Loss of Belongings / Broken Baggage at Airport or anywhere else. Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching to the airport. WE WILL shall not be responsible for any incidence where client is not able to reach airport / Board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights or any other reason related with airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by Airline or any other factor.

Vehicle provided during tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified / common route.

Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided in tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from designed plan will be prohibited.

There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by Client.

Vehicle will not be allocated on the leisure day (day free for relaxation).

Air Condition in Vehicles will not be operational on hilly areas (due to mechanical reasons). Driver reserves the rights to switch off /operate AC as per the terrain, climatic and vehicle’s condition.

Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other activity charges, including but not limited to charges in relation to parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc. will not be included in the package until and unless so specified specially in inclusion section.

The above mentioned package may not be available with displayed price during Long Week-ends, National Holidays and Regional festivals. There is a probability of difference in cost, which will be specified at the time of communication.

In case of amendment in package due to increase in number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the Client/customer.

Any charges related with on-ground modification/addition of service, which is opted by Client by his/her own choice and not affecting rest of the tour itinerary, will have to be paid directly to Driver/Supplier on the behalf of Fly Funggy.

WE Will reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour package, in part or in whole, at any time prior to the commencement of the tour or a particular part of the tour, as the case may be, for any reason including but not limited to the act of god, act of man whether or not unforeseen and / or unexpected etc. In all such cases, refund will be processed according to the Cancellation policy of WE WILL as applicable at that specific point of time.

We will not be held responsible for any refund/Charges, in case of services booked of non-refundable nature. Fly Funggy liability in relation to the Package shall at all times be limited to those circumstances where an express liability has been cast on it under these Terms.

In case of any on ground issues with any third party, WE shall try to support in all possible ways but shall not be held liable for the act and hence will not be liable for any sort of compensation.

In case of any natural calamity or any other force majeure incident, WE WILL reserves the rights to modify/change or cancel the partial or complete tour Package. WE shall not be held responsible for refund/Compensation in any such circumstances.

Package price is a consolidation of different components inseparable in nature in terms of costing. Any unused service/services due to any unspecified reason, will not be refunded back.

Refund on cancellation (Cancellation in accordance with Cancellation Policies) is strictly dependent on Cancellation policies and the refund process will take minimum 14 working days.

WE shall not be liable to pay for any loss suffered by the Client, if it is found that the Client had been in violation of any express or implied directions given by or on behalf of Fly Funggy, applicable law, rule and / or regulations.

Before or within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation charges will be as 25% of package cost.

15 to 30 days before check-in, the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.

7 to 15 days before check-in, the cancellation charges will be 75% of the package cost.

Less than 7 days before check-in, Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

No refund will be applicable for Non – Refundable components.

Insurance cost will be Non – Refundable.

Visa cost will be Non – Refundable.

In case of visa rejection, cancellation policy will not be applicable also there is no such fix amount of refund in that case, as visa is totally depends on embassy and it may leads to no refund as well.

Privacy Policy

Fly Funggy and all the employees of Fly Funggy understand and recognizes the gravity of privacy of the visitors/customers/users of the website and value to maintain the trust and confidentiality of the information provided by the user in any or all steps while using the website or while making the booking with us. We request the users/visitors of our website to have a detail look at the privacy policies practiced by the website and our executives while doing business with you. Kindly be noted that the privacy policies of Fly Funggy are subject to change without any prior notice. This information includes but not limit to the name of the user, contact number, email ID, demographic details, geographical details, travel preferences, meal preferences and more while you inquire, make booking and participate in any sort of program, promotional event, quiz, survey and other activities or register with us for special promotional offers.

However, when it comes to sensitive information such as banking details, credit card/debit card number, OTP and more, this information is directly sent to the bank and we don't access/store the information. Also, a user can choose not to give away any sort of information to us and can opt out from our services anytime.

Passenger related information gathered by us such as age of the passenger, meal preferences and other details are taken to make further arrangements and provide the necessary details to the airline/hotel provider and other activities provider.

Usage of your geographical position retrieved by the cookies are solely used to make your experience while using the website better.
